The ideal franchisee candidate will have:
• Min. 5 years of restaurant operating experience
• Expertise in multi-unit management
• Minimum liquid capital: amount depending on the size of the territory (min. $500,000)
• Strong people skills: an entrepreneur with deep roots in their community
• Concern for environmental issues: a commitment to sustainability and our carbon footprint
• Passion for good, tasty and healthy food: belief in a plant-based and organic lifestyle
• Focus on food safety as a pillar of the F&B industry
